Appearance: The exceptionally fine bubbles form a lively stream in the glass. The colour is golden yellow with a beautiful brilliance. The wine is clear and bright.

Nose: The initial nose is elegant and displays excellent maturity, with aromas of lightly candied fruits. With aeration, notes of mountain honey emerge. The finish reveals a touch of confectionery.

Palate: The initial impression is round. It then opens into a beautiful freshness with citrus notes. The finish is long with a full-bodied character. A cuvée whose elegance should particularly appeal to ladies, although it is certainly not reserved exclusively for women.

Blend: 50% Pinot Noir, 50% Chardonnay

Vinification: temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks

Dosage : 6g/L

Ageing: minimum 5 years in the cellar
