Enthusiasm became passion. And passion became an idea.

Champagne has always fascinated us. But it was in 2019 that we decided, for the first time, to travel to the place where it all begins: Champagne.
Until then, we mainly knew the large Champagne houses and the most famous names. But once there, we discovered a completely different side of the region: small independent winegrowers, family-run estates and, above all, men and women driven by an extraordinary passion and dedication to their wines.
These encounters completely changed the way we looked at Champagne.
Suddenly, it was no longer just about what was in our glass. We wanted to understand where Champagne came from, how it was made and, above all, to discover the people behind each bottle. With every encounter, we learned more about the different production methods, terroirs and grape varieties, but also about the stories, philosophies and personalities of the winegrowers themselves.
After that first journey, one thing was certain: this was only the beginning.
We began to deepen our knowledge of Champagne. Books, research and, later, Gault & Millau became faithful companions. We explored the different regions, production methods and producers until we eventually began creating our own routes through Champagne.
That first visit became a true tradition, and our annual journey to Champagne became something we would never want to miss.
But we never wanted to keep this passion to ourselves. We began sharing stories of our travels and encounters with winegrowers with our family and friends and, of course, inviting them to discover the cuvées we brought home with us.
At home, a simple glass of Champagne quickly turned into a small tasting. Behind every bottle was a story, a memory or a special encounter waiting to be shared. Little by little, our enthusiasm became contagious – even some of the most dedicated beer lovers eventually stopped leaving a single drop of Champagne in their glasses.
And that is precisely what has always brought us the greatest joy: not simply opening a bottle, but sharing with others a little of what we ourselves had discovered and experienced in Champagne.
The people. The region. The craftsmanship. The stories. And the incredible diversity found within what is, after all, a relatively small wine region.
Over time, we began to feel the desire to turn this personal passion into something more.
From all these journeys, encounters, tastings and countless conversations, a concrete idea began to take shape – and eventually became our own project.

And here we are today.

We would like to take you with us on our journey through Champagne and introduce you to the winegrowers, stories and cuvées that have captivated us along the way.
Because for us, there is far more behind a beautiful bottle of Champagne than what you find in the glass.
