La Chalterie

This cuvée is a non-dosage Blanc de Blancs, produced mainly from our “La Chalterie” parcel.

This champagne is vinified and aged for one year in 500-litre barrels.

Five years of ageing in the cellar reveal nuances of white fruits enhanced by the ageing in wood.
