Amand
This cuvée
is a tribute to my great-grandfather Amand, who kept part of his harvest in
1928
to make his
own Champagne.
This
Champagne is a return to its roots, with vinification in small oak barrels.
Regular stirring
of the
lees, no filtration and long ageing in the bottle make it a unique Champagne of
remarkable complexity.
A selection
of the finest parcels in Venteuil, its brioche notes pair beautifully with
grilled lobster or
warm oysters…
