Rosé Tornay

Appearance: The bubbles are exceptionally fine, forming a delicate ring on the surface of the wine. The colour is of medium intensity, displaying a beautiful rosé hue with subtle salmon highlights. The wine has excellent clarity.

Nose: The initial nose reveals beautiful, fresh fruitiness. With aeration, the maturity of the wine emerges with notes of candied fruits. The finish reveals a touch of Coquelicot de Nemours.

Palate: The palate is round and supple with excellent balance. The fruitiness perceived on the nose is confirmed on the palate. Aromas of pink grapefruit and orange peel emerge. The finish is smooth with beautiful length.

Blend: 10% Pinot Noir (Bouzy Rouge), 90% Chardonnay

Vinification: temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks

Dosage : 8g/L

Ageing: minimum 3 years in the cellar
