Nose: The initial nose is round, with aromas of baked apple. With aeration, notes of honey emerge. The finish reveals a touch of verbena.

Palate: The palate is round, with sweetness perfectly balanced by fresh, tangy notes. Aromas of barley sugar are followed by a touch of cooked apple on the finish.

Blend: 70% Pinot Noir, 30% Chardonnay
