Brut Réserve Vieilles Vignes is a Champagne full of character, where fruity and mineral notes come together, creating a Champagne
that is approachable through its generosity and gastronomic through the power and
precision of its deep roots in the terroir.
Pouring the Champagne creates a lively and fleeting mousse, followed by a stream
of fine and vibrant bubbles that sustain a persistent collar of foam.
The first nose is enticing in its fruity generosity, with notes of peach, lychee, orange blossom, apple, medlar, raspberry and quince, gently caressed by aromas of orange blossom in an iodine-infused swirl that reflects our terroir.
The first impression on the palate is supple and fresh, with a creamy effervescence.
