Demi-Sec Lacourte Guillemart

Born from the different exposures of our vineyard, this cuvée is crafted by blending several harvests of some of Champagne’s finest wines.

Made from a blend of 15% Chardonnay and 85% Pinot Noir, this cuvée is aged for three years in our cellars.

The Demi-Sec is made from the same blend as the Brut Tradition, but its higher dosage of expedition liqueur gives it a sweeter character, making it the perfect companion for desserts.

Appearance: amber yellow

Nose: candied fruits such as apricot and peach, along with exotic fruits (pineapple, coconut)

Palate: soft and generous on the attack, with honeyed notes complemented by subtle floral nuances

15% Chardonnay
