With its fine bubbles and salmon-coloured, almost coppery hue, this cuvée reveals a nose of red fruits (redcurrant, strawberry, raspberry) with jammy and spicy notes.

Palate:

Expresses the distinctive liveliness of a Rosé de Saignée. Aromas of undergrowth, red fruits and black cherries.

70% Pinot Meunier

20% Pinot Noir

10% Chardonnay
