is made from the same base as the Réserve Perpétuelle Brut, but with an
additional 2 years of ageing.
This great
Champagne is presented here in all its purity and minerality. We have chosen a
non-dosage Champagne, composed of the 3 grape varieties in equal proportions,
in order to reveal the very best that our vineyard can produce.
This
Champagne is an excellent food-pairing wine. Enjoy it with warm oysters for
their saline flavour. Surprise your guests by pairing it with Asian cuisine
such as sushi.
