and fleeting mousse, followed by a stream of fine and lively bubbles.
The first nose is clear and fruity, revealing
notes of strawberry, raspberry, redcurrant and fresh grapes, beautifully complemented by hints of fresh mint, rose and poppy.
The first impression on the palate is rich and fresh, with a creamy and smooth effervescence.
