This
single-varietal Champagne comes from our finest vineyards in Venteuil. The
Chardonnays that make up
this cuvée
are grown on limestone and clay-limestone soils. This origin gives it finesse,
minerality and elegance, making it ideal as an aperitif.
The saline flavours of seafood also pair beautifully with the Blanc de Blancs.
